We had tasted the wonderful flavor of gelato in Big Bear Lake, CA and decided to bring it down the mountain to the San Jacinto Valley to enjoy with all our friends and family. We opened Aloto Gelato & More in 2007.

Our chef is regarded as the top gelato maker in the United States, and our desserts are known nationally for their exceptional quality. Our gelato was called "the absolute best ice cream in the universe" by TIME magazine, and our fat-free, dairy-free Sorbetto is crafted with high-quality fruit imported from all over the world.

Our silky, sensuous desserts are almost too good to share. Our customers are sophisticated “foodies” who want a romantic European getaway in every bite. The smooth, silky texture is unlike anything you’ve ever experienced, and the intense flavors will dazzle your palate. Our gelato is truly in a class by itself. Also popular is our sensational, fruity Sorbetto, which is 100% fat-free, yet rich and flavorful—unlike conventional Italian ices.

But there are a few things you should know. Aloto Gelato and Sorbetto uses the finest ingredients money can buy. High-grade pistachios, walnuts, macadamia nuts, and almonds. Premium chocolate and pure Madagascar vanilla. Choice seasonal fruits and, naturally, fresh milk and cream.
